How long does my order take to ship?

It depends! If you purchase something from the "In Stock” section, I’ll be able to send it out within 3 business days! If you order something that has customization I like to give a tentative timeline of shipping it out within 2 weeks of finalizing any details of the customization in contact with you. If it is in the “made to order” section, I can likely get it shipped out within one week!

What is your return policy? 

Custom items are non-refundable given that they were made specifically to your specifications. All other items are returnable for a full refund if REQUESTED within 14 days of your order being delivered to you! Please use the contact form to reach out about returns and remember that I am a one-woman business so please have some grace with my response time! As long as you request the return within the allotted timeframe you should be okay!

How are your laser cut designs made?

My laser cut designs are drawn by hand using ProCreate and Adobe Illustrator. I then import those designs into my laser cutting software and use a laser machine to cut through wood, acrylic, or other materials in order to create the design. All of the designs are HAND DRAWN by me! I do NOT use AI or other people’s designs for my laser cut pieces.

How are you sublimation designs made?

I have various methods to create my sublimation designs! The artwork- again- is all hand drawn by me! I do NOT use AI or other people’s designs in my work! My sublimation designs are transferred either via my heat press or a sublimation oven. I can adhere pretty much any of my existing designs to any sublimation-able items with some limits on size. If you wanted one of my designs on a surface that isn’t currently offered, please reach out and I will see if I can make it happen!

If I want something you don’t offer but think you could create, how could I go about making that happen?

Check out my Commissions Page! I do commissions for various different mediums though if I get too busy in real life or with other requests, I will close commissions until my time frees up again.
